Working with us you will find motivated and fully vetted candidates ready to join your company after the 90-day program. Our training fills in the gaps between baseline knowledge of electrical trade and practical skills needed to work on the job site. Benefits of our program include on-the-ground observation of how your potential hire works – see your candidate in action!
You will have complete autonomy of whether to hire or not at the end of the 90-day program. If you have found a match (which we believe you will!) and are ready to offer the job, you’ll be fully supported with easy-access hiring templates and resources to make the process fast and easy.
