Our program trains electrical trade apprentices to be completely job ready in 90 days or less.

Self-Directed Study
The Electrical Academy offers a combination of classroom and practical education to accelerate your hireability. We offer easy access to training videos and a 3-part highly developed learning module. Participants receive interactive skill and knowledge testing after each module to guide advancement.

On-Site Assessment
After demonstrating core competency, you’ll progress to our field-level experience. There you will meet industry experts who support your training, identifying areas of focus to build a stronger skillset. You can expect multi-stage site assessments on a real jobsite, by a potential employer.
Here’s How it Works:
The Electrical Academy framework consists of 3 modules combining self-directed study and on-site assessment. You will progress through the program, meeting benchmarks along the way, to ensure skill development.
BUILD Essential Skills & Knowledge
Improve foundational skills and get key information about site cleanliness, site safety and site preparedness.
EXPERIENCE Individualized On-the-Job Training
Go onsite to a partner company for the practical portion of the program. Work with a qualified trainer who assesses your progress and helps you develop the skills that you need to succeed. Ask questions, build rapport, and get an insider look at the real work climate of the company.
