Who is Eli?

Eli is a working electrician, the owner of Spark Forward Electric, and the creator of Learn It Right. Wire It Right. Live It Right. — a program built from years of real job-site experience and a genuine passion for developing new talent in the trade. After spending years on job sites watching beginners struggle because no one ever taught them the basics, he realized the industry needed something different: real training, real mentorship, and a pathway that actually helps people get hired.

Eli has trained countless apprentices through his company, shaping them into safety-minded, reliable, and job-ready electricians. He’s seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform someone from unsure and overwhelmed into confident and capable. That’s why he built The Electrical Academy — to give new tradespeople the kind of start he wishes every electrician had.

This program reflects Eli’s belief that great electricians aren’t born — they’re trained. Through hands-on learning, real tools, real job-site habits, and real mentorship, Eli helps students build the skills, mindset, and confidence they need to succeed in Ontario’s electrical industry. His mission is simple: bridge the gap between eager learners and the growing demand for skilled tradespeople, and build the next generation of electricians the right way.
